STI's
Sexually transmitted infections (or STIs as they are known) are infections that can be passed from one person to another during unprotected sex of any kind. Quite often these infections have no symptoms but most are easy to treat. Chlamydia is the most common STI in the UK at the moment but testing and treatment is simple - just call into Connect and pee in a pot. Full screening for all STIs is available at Connect on a Thursday (but you will need an appointment for this).
Pregnancy
If you've just found out you're pregnant and you are not sure what to do next, Connect can help. Whether you want to continue with the pregnancy or not, or you don't know what you want, we will support you whatever your decision. We can help during and after your pregnancy. Come in and talk to us for more information.
Contraception
There are many types of contraception now readily available. Quite often people are unsure about what there is out there. Here at Connect we give full advice and about all that can be used showing the advantages and disadvantages to each method. We also offer free condoms to people aged between 13 & 25.
