Anger

Anger is a normal, human emotion, neither good, nor bad. It just means we are not getting our needs met. Sometimes, however, it can get out of control and become a problem.

Symptoms of an anger problem

  • Explosive outbursts that cannot be controlled
  • Domestic violence and controlling behaviour
  • Rages when driving, at work, at school, or with your family
  • Depression or anxiety may indicate introverted anger
  • Alcohol or drug dependence may cover an anger problem
