Anger
Anger is a normal, human emotion, neither good, nor bad. It just means we are not getting our needs met. Sometimes, however, it can get out of control and become a problem.
Symptoms of an anger problem
- Explosive outbursts that cannot be controlled
- Domestic violence and controlling behaviour
- Rages when driving, at work, at school, or with your family
- Depression or anxiety may indicate introverted anger
- Alcohol or drug dependence may cover an anger problem
Counselling can help you to explore and express your feelings. Also you could learn some techniques for controlling your anger
